Here will give you an idea how to make a Blue acquatic website graphics using photoshop tools and techniques.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now set the Foreground color.

[4] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool.

[5] Create a new shape and fill with light blue color.

[6] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
