Here I will show  you how to make a Windows start logo website round button using photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Take the Ellipse Tool.

[3] Now create a new shape fill with Black Color.

[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[5] Your image should be look like this.

[6] Now create another shape with the help of Ellipse Tool fill the new shape with Black color.

[7] Then go to Blending Option select the Stroke Strucutre use these settings.

[8] Your image should be look like this.

[9] Now create another shape with the help of Ellipse Tool fill the new shape with Black color.

[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Now take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[13] Fill the selection with white color.

[14] Now change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Now create another shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill the selection with White color.

[17] Now change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[18] Your image should be look like this.

[19] Now create another shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill the selection with White color.

[20] Now change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[21] Your image should be look like this.

[22] Now take the Text Tool set the Font as shown image below to make the new shape.

[23] And now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[24] Your final image should be look like this.
