Lets see if you need some cool images for your scrapbook project, here I will make some Crystal 3d Stars like bling starz.
[1]-First of all open New Document of Custom size, then choose Height & Width 500×400 pixels.
[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee TOol
[3]-Now fill the selection with any Color & after that create the following selection with the
Help of Rectangular Marquee Tool & then fill with any color
[4]-Now create the following selection with the help Rectangular Marquee Tool
[5]-Now go to Edit>Define Pattern
[6]-Now give any name of your pattern and then click ‘ok’
[7]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool
[8]-Now fill the selection with any color & then click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand Sign
as shown below
[9]-Now select Pattern Overlay and use the Pattern which you have saved & use the following settings
[10]-Now your image will be look as shown below
[11]-Now select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings
[12]-Now create the following shape with the help of Custom shape Tool
[13]-Now select Pen TOol and then click on shape & select Make selection
[14]-Now use the following settings in Make Selection
[15]-Now your image will be look as shown below
[16]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that click on ‘f’ which is indicating by
Hand sign as shown below
[17]-Now select Drop Shadow and use the following settings
[18]-Now select Satin Structure and use the following settings
[19]-Now select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings
[20]-Now your image will be look as shown below
[21]-Now select Rectangular Marquee Tool and press Ctrl+T & create the following adjustment
& after that press ‘Enter’
[22]-Now press Ctrl+J for making Copy of the Layer & then press Ctrl+T and reduce the shape
with the help of Transform
[23]-Now Once again press Ctrl+J & after that press Ctrl+T & adjust the shape as shown below
[24]-Now create the selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool as shown below
[25]-Now fill the selection with # FFFFFA Color & reduce the opacity as 11% of this Layer
[26]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
