[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 450×300 pixels, Resolution 72 & MOde RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background Layer with any color with the help of Alt-Backspace

[3]-Now select Text Tool & use the following settings in Top Menu

[4]-Now create any Text with the help of Text Tool

[5]-Now select Text Layer & click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[6]-Now select Drop Shadow & apply the following settings

[7]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[8]-Now select Pattern Overlay & apply the following settings

[9]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will look as shown below
