Here in this latest tutorial of mine I will show you how to make a Metal border star web button in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now fill the Background with Black color, then take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[3] Create a shape and fill with White Color.

[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[5] Your image should be look like this.

[6] Now create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with White color.

[7] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[8] Your image should be look like this.

[9] Now take the Shape Tool and select this one.

[10] Create a shape and fill with any color.

[11] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[12] Your image should be look like this.

[13] Create a new shape with the help Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill with White color.

[14] Now change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[15] Your image should be look like this.

[16] Now make the copy of previous layer, and move the shape with the help of move tool

[17] Your final image should be look like this.
