[10]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[11]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso TOol & after that fill the selection with any color and go to layer pallete & select Bevel & Emboss & used the same settings as used in Layer 2

[12]-Now create the following selection with the help of Pen Tool

[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & then click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[14]-Now select Inner Shadow and use the following settings

[15]-Now select Stroke Structure and use the following settings

[16]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[17]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee TOol

[18]-Now fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[19]-Now fill the selection with any color & click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[20]-Now select Gradient Overlay and use the following settings

[21]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso TOol

[22]-Now fill the selection with any color and reduce the opacity of the layer

[23]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[24]-Now create the following selection with the help Elliptical Marquee Tool

[25]-Now fill the selection with any color & after that go to Blending Options and select Stroke Structure & use the following settings

[26]-Now select Text Tool go to Layer>TYpe>Wrap Text and use the following settings & after that create any Text

[27]-At last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
