[21]-Now fill the selection with any color and Go to Blending Options and then select Inner shadow and use the following settings

[22]-Now select Pattern Overlay and apply the following settings

[23]-Now create the following Text with the help of Text Tool

[24]-Now click on ‘f’ in Layer Pallete & open the Layer Style and select Drop shadow and use the following settings

[25]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[26]-Now Create the another Text with the help of Text Tool.Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
