Here I will teach you how to create an Animation Flat Panel Effect using photoshop tools and techniques.

[1]-First of all open new document of custom size
you may choose any size, I am gonna take Height & width 500×500 pixels and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then Open any image of Flat Television with the help of Ctrl+O & adjust with
the help Move Tool

[3]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[4]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is
indicating by Hand sign

[5]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image should look as shown below

[7]-Now create any Text with the help of Text Tool

[8]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & make 5 Duplicate Frames with click
5 times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[9]-Now select Frame-2 & then reduce the Opacity of selected Layer-2

[10]-Now your image should be look as shown below

[11]-Now select Frame-3 & then reduce the Opacity of layer-2

[12]-Now you have got following result

[13]-Now select Frame-4 & then use the following Opacity in Layer-2

[14]-Now select Frame-5 & then reduce the opacity of Layer-2 & after that 60% opacity of Text Layer.

[15]-Now your image should be look as shown below

[16]-Now select Frame-6 & then reduce the Opacity of Layer-2 & Hide the Text layer

[17]-Now Play the animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[18]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as..& use the following settings
