Today I am going to teach you about a cool Photoshop Animation Effect Technique.

[1]-First of all Open any image of river with the help of Ctrl+O

[2]-Now open another image of Mountain with the help of Ctrl+O & then adjust with the help of Move Tool

[3]-Now hide the Mountain Layer & then create the following selection in Background with the help of Magic Wand Tool

[4]-Now press Ctrl+J & then Duplicate layer should be above all Layers

[5]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[6]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & make 4 Duplicate Frames with 4 Times
click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[7]-Now select Frame-2 & then select layer1 & reduce the Opacity of this layer

[8]-Now your image should look like below this

[9]-Now make Duplicate layer of layer1 with the help of Ctrl+J & after that hide the Original Layers & then select Frame-3 &
reduce the opacity of Duplicate layer

[10]-Now reduce the mountain images with the help of Ctrl+T

[11]-Now select Frame-4 & then hide the original Layer & after that reduce the Opacity of Duplicate layer

[12]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[13]-Now select Frame-5 & then hide the following Layers

[14]-Now Play the animation with the help of CLick on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[15]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as. & then use the following settings
