Here I will give you an idea how to make a Photoshop Animation Traffic Sign

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 400×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then select Custom Shape Tool & use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following Shape & then select Pen Tool & Click & select Make Selection

[4]-Now apply the following settings in make selection

[5]-Now your image should look as shown below

[6]-NOw fill the selection with any color & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[7]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is
indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[10]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[11]-Now Fill the selection with 000000 color & after that create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[12]-Now select Layer1 & then press “Delete” & after that go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is indicating by Hand sign

[13]-NOw select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[15]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & after that make 3 Duplicate Frame with
the help of 3 times click on following button which is indicating by Hand sign

[16]-Now select Animation Frame-2 & then select Layer-1 & after that go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating
by Handsign

[17]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[18]-Now your image should look as shown below

[19]-Now select Animation Frame-3 & then select Layer-1 & then go to Blending Options & use the following settings in Gradient
Overlay

[21]-Now select Frame-4 & then select layer-1 & then go to Blending Options & apply the following settings in Gradient Overlay

[22]-Now Play the animation with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[23]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as. & then use the following settings
