[22]-Now create the following shape & then select Pen Tool & then click & select Make Selection

with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[32]-Now go to Blending Options & select Drop Shadow & use the following settings

[33]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[34]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[35]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[36]-Now fill the selection with # 000000 Color & then GO to Filter>Render>Lighting Effect & use the following settings

[38]-Now select Background Layer & fill with # 000000 color & your image will be look as shown below

[39]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[40]-Now fill the selection with any color. At Last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look
as shown below
