Here I will teach you about Holland Windmill Photoshop Animation

[1]-First of all Open any image of wind mill

[2]-Now create the following shape with the help of POlygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now your image will be look as shown below & then press Ctrl+X

[4]-Now select Clone Stamp Tool & create the following transormation in the image

[5]-Now Open New Layer & Press Ctrl+V & then press Ctrl+T & rotate the following shape

[6]-Now Make Duplicate layer-1 with the help of Ctrl+J & then rotate the following shape with the help of Ctrl+T

[7]-Now Make Duplicate Layer-2 with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the Rotation with the help of Ctrl+T

[8]-Now Make Duplicate Layer-3 with the help of Ctrl+J & then create the Rotation with the help of Ctrl+T

[9]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[10]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to WINDOW>ANIMATION & then create the 3 Duplicate Frames
with 3 times click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[11]-Now select Frame-1

[12]-Now Hide the following Layers

[13]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[14]-Now select Frame-2 & Hide the following Layers

[15]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[16]-Now select Frame-3 & hide the following Layers

[17]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[18]-Now select Frame-4 & HIDE the following Layers

[19]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[20]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as & use the following settings

[21]-Now play the animation with click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[22]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
