[1] Take a new file of 500 pixels,500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.
[3] Fill the Background with help of Gradient Tool.
[4] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use the following settings.
[5] Create a new shape as shown image below.
[6] Create another shape over the previous shape and the new shape with black color.
[7] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[8] Your image should be look like this.
[9] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill the color.
[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[11] Your image should be look like this.
[12] Now take the Pencil Tool use these settings.
[13] Create a line as shown image below.
[14] And now create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill this color coding #9C3010.
[15] Take the Shape and select this one.
[16] Make the selection and fill with any color would you like.
[17] And now create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool and fill the white color.
[18] Go to Blending Option use these settings.
[19] Your image should be look like this.
[20] Then take the Text Tool and select this font to make the new shape, as shown image below.
[21] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[22] Your image should be look like this.
[23] Take the Shape tool and select this one.
[24] Create a shape and fill with White color.
[25] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[26] Your image should be look like this.
[27] Now make the more copy of previous shape see in the next image.
[28] Take the Shape tool and select this one.
[29] Create a shape and fill with Black color.
[30] Create a some text your final image is ready.
