Here we will tell you how to make a Writing pad content box in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 300 pixels,300 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now take the Gradient Tool use the following settings.

[3] Fill the Background with help of Gradient Tool.

[4] Take the Rounded Rectangle Tool.

[5] Now create a new shape fill with any color.

[6] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[7] Your image should be look like this.

[8] Then take the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[9] Make the selection and fill with White color.

[10] Now change the Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[11] Your image should be look like this.

[12] Then take the Shape Tool choose this one.

[13] Create a shape and fill with Black color.

[14] Now press Cntl+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your image as shown image below.

[15] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[16] Your image should be look like this.

[17] Now make the 3 more copy of Previous shape layer.

[18] Then take the Shape Tool choose this one.

[19] Create a shape and fill with Black color.

[20] Now make the copy of Shape Layer, press Cnlt+T, Transform Selection to Rotate your image.

[21] Set the Opacity.

[22] Your final image should be look like this.
