Here I will tell you how to make a National flag and pole in photoshop.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Now take the Pen Tool.

[3] Create a new shape as shown image below.

[4] Make the selection create a new layer fill the selection with Black color.

[5] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[6] Your image should be look like this.

[7] Now take the Pen Tool create a new shape as shown image below.

[8] Make the selection create a new layer fill the selection with Black color.

[9] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[10] Your image should be look like this.

[11] Now take the Pen Tool create a new shape Make the selection create a new layer fill the selection with Black color.

[12] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape.

[15] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool use these settings.

[16] Create a new shape over the Previous shape as shown image below.

[17] Create a new layer and fill the selection with Black color.

[18] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[19] Your image should be look like this.

[20] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape fill with white color.

[21] Now change Blending Mode and set the Opacity.

[22] Your image should be look like this.

[23] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape.

[24] Now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool use the following settings.

[25] Create a new shape over the Previous shape and fill with Black color.

[26] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[27] Your image should be look like this.

[28] Create some text your final image is ready.
