Here I will teach you about Photoshop Animation Effect Motorbike Headlight

[1]-First of all Open any image of Motorbike

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool with hold Shift

[3]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with FFF200 color

[4]-Now go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’which is indicating by Hand sign

[5]-Now select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[6]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[7]-Now change the Blende Mode of this Layer. Blende Mode should be Overlay

[8]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[9]-Now go to Image Ready with the help of Ctrl+Shift+M & then go to Window>Animation & make Duplicate Frame with
click on folloiwng Button which is indicating by Hand sign

[10]-Now select Frame-1 & hide the layer-1 with remove the Eye Sign which is indicating By Hand sign

[11]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[12]-Now select Frame-2 & your image will be look as shown below

[13]-Now Play the animation with the help of Click on following Button which is inidcating by Hand sign

[14]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as.. & use the following settings

[15]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
