[1]-Create a new document using file > new and then choose a custom size.
Here I will take Height & width 500×500 pixels and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & then go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise & use the following settings

[3]-Now Your image will be look as shown below

[4]-Now go to Filter>Brush Stroke>Cross Hatch & use the following settings

[5]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then click on ‘F’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[7]-Now select Drop Shadow and use the following settings

[8]-Now select Inner Glow and use the following settings

[9]-Now select Satin Structure & apply the following settings

[10]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[11]-Now select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings & then click on “Brush Tip Shape” which is indicating
by Arrow sign

[12]-Now apply the following settings

[13]-Now create the following shape with the help of Ellipse Tool

[14]-Now click on the Shape & select ‘Stroke Path’ & apply the followings & then OK

[15]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[16]-Now create the any Text with the help of text Tool

[17]-Now select Text Layer & go to Blending Options with click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[18]-Now select Inner Shadow and use the following settings

[19]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[20]-Now create another Text with the help of Text Tool

[21]-Now go to Blending Options & select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[22]-Now select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[23]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[24]-Now create another Text as you wish. Finally, all settings have been completed & your final Image will be look as
shown below
