Here I will tell you how to make a Push pin design using photoshop.
[1]-First of all open new document of custom size
you may choose any size, I am gonna take Height & width 300×300 pixels and Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color
[2] Now set the Foreground color.
[3] Then fill the Background Layer.
[4] Now again set the Foreground color.
[5] Now take the Shape Tool and select this one.
[6] Create a shape and fill the color.
[7] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.
[8] Your final image should be look like this.
