[10] Fill the selection with help of Gradient Tool and set the Opacity to 40%, you should something look like thi.

[11] Then take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with Black color.

[12] Now take the Text Tool and select this font to make the new shape as shown image below.

[13] Create some text your final image is ready now.
