Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all press Ctrl+O & then Open any Image

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now press Ctrl+J for making copy of the layer & your Layer Pallete will be look as shown below

[4]-Now create the following selection with the help of Magic Wand Tool

[5]-Now Hold Shift & then click on other place with ‘Magic Wand Tool’ & create the following selection

[6]-Now Press “Delete” and your Layer Pallete Will be look as shown below

[7]-Now Open another Image with the help of Press Ctrl+O & then create the following selection with the help of
Rectangular Marquee Tool

[8]-Now select Move Tool & then take the 2nd image in 1st Image With the Help of HOld Ctrl & then Pull with Mouse

[9]-Now select Layer 2 & Your Layer Pallete should be look as shown below

[10]-Now Press Ctrl+T & then increase the shape of Image

[11]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[12]-Now create the following selection with the help of Magic Wand Tool

[13]-Now select FFFFFA Color for Forground & then select 3C93CC color for Background & after that
Go to Filter>Render>Clouds & your image will be look as shown below

[14]-Now select Layer 1 & then go to Image>Adjustments>Selective Color & apply the following settings

[15]-Now Press Ctrl+M and use the following settings

[16]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
