[15] Now take the Rounded Rectangle Tool and create a shape then make the selection.

[16] Then take the Rectangular Marquee Tool use these settings.

[17] Create a new shape to lower part of the Previous shape see in the next image.

[18] Your image shoul be look like this.

[19] Fill the selection with any color.

[20] Create another shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool and fill the selection with any would you like.

[21] Now take the Text Tool create your text.

[22] Then create some more text see in the next image.

[23] Now go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[24] Your image should be look like this.

[25] Now create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool.

[26] Take the Gradient Tool use these setttings.

[27] Fill the selection with the help of Gradient Tool.

[28] Now set the Opacity see in the next image.

[29] Your final image should be look like this.
