Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & width 500×500 pixels,Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now fill the Background with any color & after that create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color and go to select>Modify>Smooth and use the followig settings

[4]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I and then press “Delete” & your image will be look as shown below

[5]-Now go to Layer Pallete and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[6]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[7]-Now select Stroke Structure and apply the following settings

[8]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[9]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool

[10]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Select>Modify>Smooth and use the following settings

[11]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I and then press “Delete” & your image will be look as shown below

[12]-Now go to Layer Pallete and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[13]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and use the following settings

[14]-Now select Stroke Structure and use the following settings

[15]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[16]-Now press Ctrl+J for making Duplicate Layer & your Layer Pallete will be look as shown below

[17]-Now press Ctrl+T and create the following adjustment

[18]-Now reduce the opacity of this Layer as shown below like this select layer1 and press ctrl+J and press Ctrl+T and reduce the opacity of layer

[19]-Now select Layer2 and create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso TOol & then press ‘Delete’

[20]-Now create the following selection with the help of Polygonal Lasso TOol

[21]-Now fill the selection with any color

[22]- Now go to Select>Modify>Contract and use the following settings

[22]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[23]-Now press “Delete” and your image will be look as shown below

[24]-Now create the following selection with the help of Ctrl+Click on Layer3

[25]-Now go to Select>Modify>Smooth and use the following settings

[26]-Now press Ctrl+Shift+I and then press “Delete” and your image will be look as shown below

[27]-Now go to layer pallete and click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[28]-Now select Bevel & Emboss & use the following settings

[29]-Now select Gradient Overlay and apply the following settings

[30]-At last, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
