[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom Size, Height & Width 400×500 pixels, Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now select Custom Shape Tool and use the following shape & settings

[3]-Now create the following shape With the help of Custom shape Tool & after that select Pen Tool & then click
& select Make selection

[6]-Now fill the selection with any color & then press Ctrl+T & then click and select Rotate 90o CW

[12]-NOw create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[13]-Now fill the selection with any color & then click on ‘f’ which is indicating by Hand sign

[14]-Now select Bevel & Emboss and apply the following settings

[15]-Now select Satin Structure & use the following settings

[18]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[19]-Now fill the selection with any color & then Hold CTRl+click on Layer 1

look as shown below

select Make selection

[53]-Now in Make Selection Feather Radius should be 0% pixels,tick on New selection & then OK & your image will be look
as shown below
