Here I will teach you about Dark-Night-Twinkle-Star-Animation-Effect

Lets read & understand of the following steps

[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size, Height & Width 350×550 pixels, Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now create the following selection with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with # 000000 color & then select Brush Tool & use the following Brush & settings

[4]-Now select # 000000 color for Background & 4b4b4b color for Forground & then create the following Grasses with
the help of Brush Tool

[5]-Now select Brush Tool & apply the following Brush & settings

[6]-Now Open New Layer with the help of Press Ctrl+Shift+N & then select FFF200 color in Forground & after that
create the following Stars with the help of Brush Tool

[7]-Now Enter in Image Ready with the help of Press Ctrl+Shift+M & then Go to Window>Animation & create the
2 Duplicate Frames with the help of click 2 times on following sign which is indicating by Hand sign as shown below

[8]-Now select Frame 2 & then select Layer 3 & after that reduce the Opacity of the following Layer

[9]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[10]-Now select Frame 2 & select Layer3 & reduce the Opacity of this Layer

[11]-Now your image will be look as shown below

[12]-Now Play the Animation with the help of click on following Button

[13]-Now go to File>Save Optamized as & use the following settings. Save

[14]-Finally, all settings have been completed & your final image will be look as shown below
